London Monet accepts returns and exchanges as long as items are in new condition with tags attached and returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment--with the exception of all sale items*/no returns. Unfortunately at this time because our business is small we don't offer free returns. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund cost. *All sale items are final sale. Items purchased at a discounted price, whether through the use of a discount code or during a promotional sales event, are considered final sale. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
